This page is a archival project that collects ghost news stories proven to be false (and sometimes humorously so).
This project began when I was researching for my #humpdayhaunts series on Instagram. I was looking for ghost stories, but kept coming across non-ghost stories: stories about local ghosts proven to be something else entirely (animals, gas, pranks, and so on).
The pile became so high that I decided to create a website. This website will be updated every other week (usually on Friday).
